The Casino is an impressive classical palace built at the end of the 18th century, located in the centre of Madrid. It was originally a private club for gentlemen only. Within its walls, many Madrid intellectuals - writers, musicians and others came to relax and found it an ideal place to meet. Today, the Casino of Madrid is a symbol because of its tradition, culture, architecture and art, and because it has managed to combine its past with the technology of modern times, but always displaying the same principles of tolerance, coexistence and harmony that drove its founders. When it comes to tasting the most select cuisine, the choice has to be the Casino's restaurants; a luxurious atmosphere, the utmost in service and creativity presented dishes, which turn flavor into a veritable art.
